His Sunshine

His Sunshine (Unedited)

Sunshine is radiant; it glows like her face

Her sunshine’s the flare that starts off the race

The pace is outrageous his heart never slows

Chasing a dream as far as it goes

The sunshine, those looks, her deep, reaching eyes

The lovebirds performing and gracing the skies

The prize of his world is close by his side

And each time she is … his grin’s pasted wide

He can’t hide his feelings and never would try

He won’t say the words and doesn’t know why

Maybe he’s shy or maybe too smart…

Possibly cautious protecting his heart

It’s been torn apart which brought him right down

Then sunshine came shining erasing the frown

He jokes like a clown when he’s around her

She’s like a snowfall so gleamingly pure

She stirs up his passions with even a glance

A moment of sunshine and he’s in a trance

They dance in his mind as free as the air

His sunshine’s unrivaled no one can compare

The smell of her hair, the sound of her voice

He can’t tell her, “no” like he has no choice

She’s his Rolls Royce if women were cars

In his little heaven she’s his only star

There aren’t any others like her that he’ll find

His sunshine’s his muse; she’s one of a kind
